Shannon Rowe serves as Superintendent for Elevation Construction, leading field operations and ensuring every project is built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With over 30 years of hands-on construction experience, Shannon oversees day-to-day jobsite activity, coordinates trade partners, and manages project schedules from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.

Shannon brings deep industry knowledge and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project. He is responsible for site logistics, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance, working closely with project managers, clients, and trades to keep work progressing on time and on budget.
